This is a medium-intensity, full-bodied Koroneiki with great harmony. The fruitiness is
characterized by both ripe nuttiness and ripe banana along with a leafy green herbaceousness. It finishes with a pleasant pungency which is perfectly balanced with the oil’s fruitiness.
